The training needs of the civil servants will be analysed during the project, in order to identify critical areas in terms of\u00a0 knowledge and expertise, in the context of their insufficient\u00a0 long life lerning education in the up mentioned areas.<\/h4>\n<h4>OBJECTIVES<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Training\u00a0 the human resources in the local public authorities in 5 counties by carrying out 30 reports on the training needs, 5 action plans on long life professional training and by disseminating the best practices within a conference;<\/li>\n<li>Improvement of the technical supply\u00a0 in the local government in 5 counties: Bac\u0103u, Gorj, V\u00e2lcea, C\u0103l\u0103ra\u015fi and Mure\u015f;<\/li>\n<li>Development of the expertise and knowledge of 180 employees within 30 local public authorities in 5 counties in the areas of projects management and procurement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>RESULTS<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>25 working visits<\/strong> to assess the training needs of the 30 local public authorities<\/li>\n<li>drafting <strong>30 reports<\/strong> on the training needs (one for each benecficiary public authority)<\/li>\n<li>carrying out course supports on procurement and on projects management<\/li>\n<li>organizing <strong>10 training sessions<\/strong> (5 for projects management and 5 for procurement)<\/li>\n<li>granting qualification\/training certificates recognized nationally for 144 persons<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>PARTNERS<\/h4>\n<p>County Council Bac\u0103u, County Council C\u0103l\u0103ra\u015fi, the Institution of the Prefect in V\u00e2lcea, County Council Mure\u015f, County Council Gorj<\/p>\n<h4>IMPLEMENTATION PERIOD<\/h4>\n<p>November 2009 &#8211; October 2010<\/p>\n<h4>FUNDING<\/h4>\n<p>Ministry of the Administration and Interior \u2013 Directorate for the Building Administrative Capacity and European Social Fund, through the Operational Program \u201eBuilding Administrative Capacity\u201d<\/p>\n<h4>BUDGET<\/h4>\n<p>1.653.097, 50 lei (without VAT)<\/p>\n<h4>EVENTS<\/h4>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.crj.ro\/en\/training-courses-for-the-public-servants-and-contractual-staff-in-the-field-of-accessing-and-coordinating-the-eu-funded-projects-and-public-procurement\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Training courses for the public servants and contractual staff in the field of accessing and coordinating the EU funded projects and public procurement<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The project aims to improve the effectiveness in \u00a0the public administration\u00a0 by improving the \u00a0knowledge and expertise of the civil servants and of the contractual staff in the European projects management and procurement\u2019s departments.
