Perspectives over the functioning of the National Integrity Agency (ANI) and of the National Integrity Council (CNI)\u201d during a round table which brought together ANI and CNI members, reprezentatives of the NGOs working in the field of integrity and journalists.<\/p>\n<p>The Center for Legal Reources (CLR) launched on the 15th October, the Report \u201eIntegrity, where to? Perspectives over the functioning of the National Integrity Agency (ANI) and of the National Integrity Council (CNI)\u201d during a round table which brought together ANI and CNI members, reprezentatives of the NGOs working in the field of integrity and journalists.<br \/>\nThe issues debated during the round table reffered to: ANI\u2019s results in the first part of 2009 in the prevention and observance of the conflicts of interests, of the incompatibilities and illicit wealth a<img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/www.crj.ro\/userfiles\/editor\/images\/Lansare_Integritate_Radu.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"214\" height=\"165\" \/>nd ANI\u2019s activity on the further dimensions: its relationship with CNI,\u00a0 transperancy,\u00a0 functioning problems,\u00a0 legislative changes\u00a0 needed for a complete fulfillment of ANI\u2019s mandate, ANI\u2019s relationship with the public servatns who implement, at local level, the law regarding the assets and interests declarations.<\/p>\n<p>CLR recommanded the establishment of a permanent and substantial dialog between ANI and CNI, disclosure of the internal ANI\u2019s procedures and asked ANI to comply with the impartiality\u2019s principle, objectivity, freedom of expression, transparency and the free access to information related to the ongoing dossiers.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>CLR analized the relationships between ANI and CNI &nbsp; The Center for Legal Reources (CLR) launched on the 15th October, the Report \u201eIntegrity, where to?
