The project aims to improve the legal and institutional framework for the protection of the rights of people with intellectual and psychosocial disabilities and their right to live independently in the community; Improve respect for the right to health for the most vulnerable groups, people with intellectual and psychosocial disabilities (people living in institutions, deprived of liberty or in rural, isolated areas); Develop the capacity of public actors in administration, justice and civil society to act for the protection of the fundamental rights of people with disabilities.
