Transparency and integrity in managing local budgets

General objective: Developing partnerships between NGOs and public authorities in order to increase the transparency of the local administration; increasing the NGOs and the citizens’ capacity and involvement in preventing corruption, ensuring transparency and holding accountable the elected officials for spending the public bugets.


Reuse of confiscated assets for social purposes

General objective: creating a favorable legal framework that enables NGOs to use for social purposes the goods/sums confiscated from fellonies.


Training and development for ensuring ethics and integrity in the public administration

General objective: Increasing the efficacy of the central and local public institutions through strengthening their capacity to answer the ethical and integrity norms of the public service.
