SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES

- Increasing the capacity of the ethics advisors to ensure integrity and to monitor the compliance with the Code of Conduct in their institutions and developing of the cooperation between the local NGOs and the ethics advisers;
- Developing tools of data collection, available to the ethics advisers.

- Analysis at the national level of the situation and the application of the legislation on civil servants appointed to make the ethics advisory and monitoring the compliance with the rules of conduct,
- Elaborating a guide for ethics advisers,
- Providing training for the ethics advisers and the local NGOs,
- Pilot application of working tools for the ethics advisers,
- Information dissemination within the round tables and press conferences.
RESULTS
RESULTS
- An analysis report of the situation on the enforcement of the legislation regarding the ethics advisers,
- Increasing the number of the public authorities to implement the law on the appointment of a civil servant on the ethics advisory and monitoring the compliance with the rules of conduct,
- Two training sessions for 40 ethics advisers, 6 NGO’s representatives and 4 journalists,
- Tools on the data collection and reports regarding the civil servants’, citizens’ and enterprises’ view on the public administration’s integrity.
